BIG B ROADLINES provides road transport and logistics services across India, including but not limited to:

Full Truck Load (FTL) services
Part Load / LTL services
Commercial and industrial goods transportation
Door-to-door transport services

All services are subject to availability, route conditions, and operational feasibility.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Transport bookings are confirmed only after mutual agreement on freight charges, pickup location, delivery location, and delivery timeline.
Any changes in shipment details must be informed in advance.
BIG B ROADLINES reserves the right to accept or reject any booking request without providing a reason.

3. Freight Charges & Payment Terms

Freight charges are agreed upon before shipment dispatch.
Payments must be made as per the agreed terms (advance, to-pay, or billing).
Any additional charges such as tolls, detention, loading/unloading delays, or route diversions may be charged separately if applicable.
Delayed payments may result in service suspension or legal action.

4. Consignment Details & Documentation

The customer is responsible for providing accurate consignment details, including type of goods, weight, value, and destination.
All required documents such as invoice, e-way bill, permits, or statutory documents must be provided by the customer.
BIG B ROADLINES shall not be responsible for delays or penalties caused by incorrect or missing documentation.

5. Prohibited & Restricted Goods

Customers must not book prohibited or illegal goods, including but not limited to:

Hazardous or dangerous materials (unless pre-approved)
Illegal, banned, or contraband items
Explosives, narcotics, or restricted substances

BIG B ROADLINES reserves the right to refuse transport of any goods deemed unsafe or illegal.

6. Liability & Responsibility

BIG B ROADLINES will take reasonable care during transportation; however, liability is limited as per mutually agreed terms.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay caused by:
- Natural calamities
- Accidents beyond control
- Strikes, riots, or road blockages
- Government actions or legal restrictions
Insurance coverage, if required, must be arranged by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
BIG B ROADLINES shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control.

8. Cancellation Policy

Shipment cancellations must be informed as early as possible.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on vehicle placement, distance covered, and operational costs incurred.

9. Damage & Claims

Any damage or shortage must be reported at the time of delivery.
Claims submitted after delivery acceptance may not be entertained.
Claims, if any, will be reviewed based on documents and delivery records.

10. Use of Website

Website content is for general information only.
Users must not misuse the website for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
BIG B ROADLINES reserves the right to modify website content without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property
